George Zimmerman posts $9,000 bail in domestic violence case!

(CNN) -- A Florida judge on Tuesday set bail for George Zimmerman at $9,000 and ordered a number of conditions for his freedom -- including that he not possess weapons -- while he awaits trial on charges he pointed a shotgun at his girlfriend.

Once again this man is released after he is obviously proving that he is not an innocent man.  He can't continue to run around and hide from the things he has done.  The fact that they put him in a safe house is preposterous.  He will have to come out of hiding and he will receive the consequences he so rightfully deserve, whether serving time or digging his own grave with America.  I honestly do not feel any remorse for what is soon to come for him.  He may not realize this but the more he gets in trouble with the law, the more he fuels the fire that he has already started.  Zimmerman has really gotten away with too many things in this year.  He's not going to stop until he goes to jail or someone gets a hold of him and kills him.  Justice is definitely not being served with this illiterate man.

Serial killer (Joseph Paul Franklin) prepares to die!

Franklin has been away from the civilized world for more than 30 years, serving several life sentences behind bars.
CNN newsreporter, Kyung Lah, meets at the Eastern Reception, Diagnostic and Correctional Center in Bonne Terre, Missouri, where on Wednesday he is scheduled to die by injection.

This man was known to be a racist serial killer.  He killed anyone of the African American race and anyone involved with the race.  He started his killing spree in 1977.  He used his sniper gun to kill his victims while hiding the gun in a guitar case.  He killed people as young as 13 because of their race.  He attempted to kill civil rights leader Fort Wayne in 1980.  Now after 30 years in jail, they are about to execute him.  I don't feel sorry for someone who murdered over 22 people because of things they can't change.  He deserves every little bit he had coming to him.  I do feel sorry for him making such idiotic decisions that ended his life 30 years ago.

Zimmerman Charged With Aggravated Assualt!

(CNN) -- George Zimmerman was charged Monday with felony aggravated assault after allegedly pointing a shotgun at his girlfriend, according to Dennis Lemma, chief deputy with the Seminole County, Florida, Sheriff's Office.

The fact that this ignorant, illiterate poser is still a free man after the murder of Trayvon Martin is down right absurd.  Zimmerman knew, as well as everyone else, that he was guilty of murdering the late Trayvon Martin.  He should not be free. If he would have been in jail like he was supposed to be, we wouldn't have to see his face plastered on the news AGAIN for assault.  The court and judges let judgement and personal feelings get in the way of the truth. They say it was self-defense, but does this allegation help prove that in no way, shape, or form that he is capable of being trusted with a gun.  He played the victim in the case of Trayvon but this time he needs to serve his time.  The family of Martin should not have to see this malevolent, obtuse man on their TV screens or any other type of media. He needs to be in jail and justice needs to shine.

Government Shutdown

Red, White & Blue are the colors we bleed

But red is just rich people
And Blue is the people in need
We leave white for the people who  disagree
Who should we trust, Who can we believe
They shut the government down
And now we are down on our knees, begging please
Looming with our economy on the line
Its similar to the lonely grape left hanging on the vine
Once it falls, its smashed in the ground
Like that unpaid debt that has bill collectors messing with our mind
Like that Head-start program which got shut down
So instead of our kids learning,
We have Chief Keef teaching the nouns
Next month Food Stamps meeting Yung Joc so its “Going Down”
But be smart, think ahead, think a future then build a brand
Money issues we understand, Everybody's not rich but it can be in your plan
We trust them with everything, That they know more than we do
They know who is with us and against us
There are questions  that we need to ask
We need to break barriers and gain the facts
Before we are left with a country ruled by money
All of this for the Obama care to be abolished,
Or is it because the man in charge is black
And trying to let his brothers and sisters see better days
The World is cold ,
Where we all is let down,
How is it that they can say we live in the Best Nation.
When our Economy is like an Elevator, Its goes Up and Down
Blacks are just as racist as the whites
I just don't get it, As a young citizen of the U.S.
I worry about the  future of my country and the economic stress that we are being pushed through
What if the government can't control the chaos that is soon to come?
What if my country becomes so bad to where things become violent?
I just need to know that the faith of our country in the right hands.
And that my future is going to be able to shine bright off the surface of a good Government.

Abolishing Grading?

Abolishing grades sound a bit absurd but if you take a closer look you would begin to see why abolishing grades is not so bad.  Think about it, if a child is failing a certain course but aces the exam, something if definitely not right.  Or say for instance, someone is passing with flying colors but fails the exam, we all know something is definitely not quite right.  As I see it, grading now is basically meant to terrorize and intimidate students.  The students feel pressured by the grading scales and are intimidated by the menacing chance to fail.  When students are pressured so much they begin to cheat off others, bully, and etc.

On the other hand, grading and grading scales can help the student recognize the position that they are in. Whether they are on the verge of failing or passing flawlessly. With the knowledge of  knowing where they are standing, grade wise, they will know whether to work harder or continue their great efforts. But you would also have to consider, "Is my teacher just passing me along or am I really learning and perceiving my work correctly?"  Most teachers, as of now, try to take the easy route out or possibly just teach just a little of what they know without going into extraordinary detail.

Essentially, the concept of abolishing grades and keeping exams is adequately the best way to go. If grades were abolished, hypothetically speaking, it could bring the confidence of certain students up because they will have a sense of not being a complete failure.  With that type of confidence boost, maybe just maybe they would find that putting in effort in trying to pass that exam is the best route to take. They could also feel as though they do not have to struggle to get by with cheating  but they could actually learn the lesson and be able to comprehend what they are learning.

It's a Stormy Day

It's a Stormy Day
It's just a rainy day
Sometimes a sad day
Never a glad day
No Sunshine
No time to rhyme.

It's a Stormy Day

A time of thinking
A time of mourning
A time for healing
But best of all
A time of peace.

It's a Stormy Day

The sun hides
Maybe reviving from shining so bright
Just like the souls of the depressed
Reviving to redeem life
Reviving to restore themselves.

It's a Stormy Day

But Stormy days don't last very long
The sun will finish reviving itself
It will come out to shine on the darkness of....
Life
Wounded Souls
Weakened relationships
Reveal the good
And burn the bad.

It's a Stormy Day

But never forget they never last long.
